1.Introduction
The Department of Business Administration, founded in 1995, currently owns 24 academic staffs, including 6 professors and 12 associate professors. For now, there is a master degree program for the major of Enterprise Management, and a bachelor degree program of Business Administration. The main research directions of this department include: strategic management, human resource development and management, marketing, investment decision and project management.
